No exchanges, returns or holds.

Orders must be paid in full.

Pick-Up and White Glove Delivery charges will be calculated upon checkout based on final purchase and delivery address. Deliveries outside of the GTA may require a day to calculate additional freight charges.

SAME DAY PICK-UP A $250 credit will be applied to all orders over $5,000 that are picked up on the day-of-purchase from 51 Esandar Dr. WAREHOUSE PICK-UP All orders not taken on the day of purchase can be picked up from our warehouse (51 Esandar Dr.) at no additional charge until October 11th, 2024. DELIVERY Delivery will be arranged the week of October 7th at a rate of $200/hour with a 2-hour minimum charge. Unfortunately, we can not store EDIT orders beyond October 11th, 2024. All Delivery bookings are final. A cancellation fee of $200 will be automatically billed should you need to reschedule within 48 hours of your confirmed delivery window.
