Philippe Nigro, born in Nice in 1975, is a French product and furniture designer educated in Lyon and Paris. He initially worked with Michele De Lucchi’s studio in Milan, contributing to numerous design projects. Since 2005, he has designed independently and for Ligne Roset, earning accolades like the FNAC and Red Dot awards for his Confluences sofas and armchairs. His notable works include the Mèstissage marble benches for Casati Gallery, the Les Nécessaires d’Hermes furniture line, and the Wood Curtain cabinet for the French Mobilier National. In 2014, he was named Designer of the Year by Maison & Objet.
